Elsa Nicol
CEO of FALCO, a tech company delivering Smart Marina solutions since 2019
Elsa has 16+ years leading international teams to develop high-tech products in the maritime, aerospace and defense industries. Elsa holds a double master’s degree in mechanical engineering and biomechanics. She is a certified 3PM (projet, programme, portfolio management) expert, specialized in Change Management and Agile development, and graduated from Leadership & Entrepreneurship programs at UC Berkeley (USA), London Business School and EM Lyon Business School.
After a career in the US and UK, Elsa co-founded Falco in France – her home country – with researchers from Inria Paris. Their goal: leverage their combined expertise in smart technologies and change management, to make smart and digital tools easy for the Marina Industry. With a strong focus on user experience, Elsa and her team are committed to supporting marina professionals to realize the full benefits of new technologies in their day-to-day operations and customer relations.
