Jonathan White
General Manager at The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA)
Jon joined The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) as General Manager in 2014 following eighteen years with the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) where he latterly held the role of Director of Participation.
Jon is responsible for managing TYHA, the international members association for the support and development of marinas in 29 countries. He is a member of the ICOMIA Marinas Group, ICOMIA Grow Boating Committee and sits on the Global Marina Institute advisory board. He is a Certified Marina Professional and supports the training and development of marina managers internationally. Since joining TYHA, Jon has built a close working relationship with the Marina Industries Association in Australia and partnered with them to deliver the Gold Anchor and Clean Marina accreditation programmes worldwide.
Jon is an outdoor enthusiast enjoying multiple water sports, mountain biking and walking with family and friends in his leisure time.
