Ruggero Morreale
Business Assistant to the COO at PUNCH Hydrocells
Ruggero Morreale is in charge of PUNCH Hydrocells business development and product portfolio planning. He also oversees Marketing & Communication initiatives.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration in 2012 at Politecnico di Torino, prior to joining Punch Group, held a number of positions within General Motors organization. Among the most relevant, as Model Year Manager he managed the 3.0l Diesel engine pre-production assets (budget and material readiness) as part of the program execution team, and as Assistant Program Purchasing Manager led the XLDE engine sourcing strategy (regional localization for ACE14 FTA), with responsibility on engine cost targets and suppliers’ risk management.
During these experiences he developed a very result driven attitude, time management capabilities and high aptitude towards team work. He can also bring to the table a knowledge in negotiation & conflict management, a good understanding of different cultures and predisposition to establish and maintain relationships. Firm believer in teamwork.
